had a great workout this morning with Hell Hole hills doing 4X1 minutes and 6X30 seconds with the team. me and coach didn't even know that the level 3B boys were finished they had to tell me and coach that we were done guess i went a bit beast mode and felt good i thought we weren't finished yet  then we took it easy all the way back to the school too cool down then in the after noon ran a nice and easy 3 today was the best day this week so far with a good 6.75 in the morning and a nice 3 in the afternoon makes everything this week worth it thought it was going to be another bad day but it ended up being supa good :)

had a good 5 miler in the morning out in the desert then had striders when we got back. felt soo good in the morning. had a good 3 miler in the afternoon felt spectacular one of those days you just feeling nothings going to go wrong and then actually nothing goes wrong. :) felt good lifting today too started to get easy now which is nice :) one good day now put in the book of good running days

felt great this morning ran a hill workout and felt very strong today then when we hit the grass i just took it nice and easy in the back of the group but it felt soo good. had a nice 3 miler in the afternoon out at snow canyon state park felt soo nice little hot but made it go fast :) never have i felt this ready for a race than i do today and every day till the race

good 5 miler got back from a swim meet from watching some close friends then went on a quick one before it got too windy felt great today :)

the day started off really rough with ten miles which i felt horrible during the whole run but put it behind me and finished the run which felt good to do. then had a nice afternoon run with 3 miles with the team felt a lot better than the 10 miles but still hurt a bit i think i am not getting enough water and energy. but today was a learning experience so i hope i can change the outcome later :)

good morning run felt a lot better than yesterday with 4 miles  on the dirt track practicing our steady pace which went very good today for me. had a perfect 3 miler in the afternoon it was hot but i felt really great today and went on a nice and easy one but it went fast which was nice :) i am soo ready for tomorrows race i am ready to see how much i have improved :) Cedar its on!!

had a great morning run on the grass  felt soo great nice and easy not going to hard because of the race today but hard for a workout :) can't wait for the race it will be so much fun

Race Report: Race went very well i didn't hitthe time i wanted but i PRed by 10 seconds i felt great through most of it had my few kinks and problems but i now know how to fix them race went well i think we all did our best for our first race now its time to work harder than ever :)

Good hill workout today felt a bit sore from the race but did better than last time in the workout :) down in hells hole is where we did the workout it started to stink down there soo bad i think thats what made me go fast so i could get out of there... 

After noon run went well nice and easy with the team but wasn't able to do lifting but did most of the plyos. went to the Running Center thing we had that night which was great and fun learned a lot :)

had a great run today over at the dixie center running a nice six miler even with the set back of going the wrong way wont say who told us to go this way but it ended up being a great run with some joking around and stuff. Afternoon run turned into a night run because of being busy all day then going to the girls soccer game i decided to run after the game which ended at 9 so i didn't run 3 miles till about 10 but it felt really great and it went pretty quick

was supposed to go on a 10 miler this moring but with my knees hurting only did 7 still felt great though. ran a good 3 miler felt good but still having knee problems

my knees didn't like today with the run but tried my best only did 4 1000 with a 2 mile war hopefully afternoon feels better :/ afternoon run nothing changed didn't feel much better but tried to run it smoothly

had a pretty good fast workout this morning i quess we weren't supposed to do it in the morning my bad but it felt better than i have have this whole week hope it stays like this the rest of the week. afternoon felt soo great just a chill 3 miler felt great :)

feeling great had a little slip up this afternoon ran a good 3 in the morning early so i can get to trilogy then ran 5 miles around 6:30 didn't do so well my ankle felt like it shouldn't hold my weight today and my knee buckled today on the run but other than that it wasn't too bad of a run hoping my body feels better by tomorrow :) just got to keep my attitude up
