| | Its hard to run by yourself up a slow hill but i beat it :) |

ran out on mustang pass it started good though i wasn't feeling so hot today so i was a bit on the slow side but i stuck it till the end with Coach casey and josh it was a good run dispite my cramps i had. its been a while since i have had cramps. good hard run today | |
| | so Casey Josh and myself went trail running out at Santa Clara it was a very good run nice scenic looks :) felt better than yesterday by a lot. want to go do more trail runs after that one. | |
| | so ran 5 miles done to Hells Hole and did a Hill workout the hill workout was doing bounds 8 reps for 10 seconds each. it was funny because afterwards i started doing bounds during the rest of the run :) on the way back it started getting hard to breathe which sucked but its only a Monday so the rest of the week i hope it gets better :) | |
| | Went and ran the dirt mile to practice pacing for races and for the first mile it was 7:14 i believe then for our last one we went a 6:54 i believe which is very good i felt very strong today and without having any problems at all :) never thought i could have a strong day like this before it felt very good i am going to start having more of those days now played ultimate frisbee afterwards and had some pretty sick catches with a slide catch and a spin catch didn't think i could be that good ;) | |

| | starts off the day good with being the leader for the warm up and agilities and stretches it was nice to feel at the top leading the group :)Good easy grass run for the morning with some real good striders and then with the afternoon a good 3 miles which felt very good :) it wasn't really that hot :) i haven't had any running problems lately which is very good i like getting into shape fast like i am and staying healthy and not injured :) |
| | Very good run today ran a part of he marathon loop felt nice and good :) started taking charge on helping the younger runners with helping them stay up front with us and they did very good :) i felt like a leader for them. i have never felt better this whole week like i did today nothing is going wrong which is the first :) lets keep it that way | |

| | had two great runs today :) a very strong 4 miles in the morning then finish today with a nice and easy 3 miles. i have never felt better in my whole career of running you know i was thinking today during the 4 miles and i was like i can run with these top boys i can do this and i finally broke that wall that was holding me back all those years in xc i am now ready to show how i can really run and race :) |
| | today was a learning experience because in the morning i learned that you shouldn't always go over your limits on workouts but to go as hard as you can. i ran 6 miles in the morning with a hill workout doing three 1minutes and four 30 seconds and i learned that keeping a constant pace is key to stay tuff in a workout. Ran nice 3 miler in the afternoon with Jason which surprisingly went faster than i thought it went. today i felt great after each run even with the hill workout i felt good, its been a while since i have felt this good with running i guess i an doing something right :) | |
| | good grass run today even if we had to run all 12 laps because someone (not mentioning names) casey forgot socks but it ended well with a speed finish with striders. had a very cool afternoon 3 mile run which felt really nice and easy. this week has just been phenominal for me and hope i can keep it up because guys there is a new boy in town and its me ;) |
| | ran 6 miles with a hard hill workout on meat grinder hill which was a hard hill we did two 30 seconds and four 1 minutes which was a bit hard but i finished it. today was probably not my best day this week but i dug as deep as i can and i stayed up with everyone :) i try my best and it is working for me :) |
| | had a nice 5 miler this morning out on Chuckawalla trial. we were going a nice steady pace at first but then on the way back my Hunter and Jason decided to go on Beast mode and we killed it on the way back almost killing hunter in the process :) watch your ankles Hunter. ohter than that today was a very good saturday run . nothing to report bad on which is a good thing |

good four miles before we go to camp today. ;) felt so good this morning even if i was awake all night from my wimpy dog and the thunder storm. can't wait for xc camp its going to be da best evva :) ran a six miler up at camp which was a bit hard cuz of elevation but a good run :)

| | had a freakin awesome 10 miler in the morning i went all beast mode on it and wanted to keep running but stopped. was my first 10 miler that i didn't feel crappy throughout it but felt awesome it was nice :) nice chill 3miles in the afternoon starting to get used to the elevation now :) |
| | good 6 miler it went surprisingly fast as i remember and it was fun just running with coach and the top guys :) ran a 3 miler in the afternoon which went fast again but before we finished we went into the lake which was cold but it felt soo good almost like an ice bath which is nice then we went and finished the run. i am finally not having any problems its soo nice :) |

| | had a rough 10 miles in the morning just couldn't catch up but in the afternoon i had a nice 3 miler with weights and plyos it was a rough monday but i pushed through it and learned for a 10 miler not to tie your shoe or you will be left behind and its hard to catch up |

| | had a great workout this morning with Hell Hole hills doing 4X1 minutes and 6X30 seconds with the team. me and coach didn't even know that the level 3B boys were finished they had to tell me and coach that we were done guess i went a bit beast mode and felt good i thought we weren't finished yet then we took it easy all the way back to the school too cool down then in the after noon ran a nice and easy 3 today was the best day this week so far with a good 6.75 in the morning and a nice 3 in the afternoon makes everything this week worth it thought it was going to be another bad day but it ended up being supa good :) |

had a great morning run on the grass felt soo great nice and easy not going to hard because of the race today but hard for a workout :) can't wait for the race it will be so much fun Race Report: Race went very well i didn't hitthe time i wanted but i PRed by 10 seconds i felt great through most of it had my few kinks and problems but i now know how to fix them race went well i think we all did our best for our first race now its time to work harder than ever :) | |
| | Good hill workout today felt a bit sore from the race but did better than last time in the workout :) down in hells hole is where we did the workout it started to stink down there soo bad i think thats what made me go fast so i could get out of there... After noon run went well nice and easy with the team but wasn't able to do lifting but did most of the plyos. went to the Running Center thing we had that night which was great and fun learned a lot :) |
| | had a great run today over at the dixie center running a nice six miler even with the set back of going the wrong way wont say who told us to go this way but it ended up being a great run with some joking around and stuff. Afternoon run turned into a night run because of being busy all day then going to the girls soccer game i decided to run after the game which ended at 9 so i didn't run 3 miles till about 10 but it felt really great and it went pretty quick |

| | feeling great had a little slip up this afternoon ran a good 3 in the morning early so i can get to trilogy then ran 5 miles around 6:30 didn't do so well my ankle felt like it shouldn't hold my weight today and my knee buckled today on the run but other than that it wasn't too bad of a run hoping my body feels better by tomorrow :) just got to keep my attitude up |
